Illustrations for Song of the Troubadour

In late 2007, a serendipitous meeting with Chris Madsen, musician and writer, led to the creation of these graphite drawings, which images are pictured below. They accompany each of the twenty-four chapters in Madsen’s book, Song of the Troubadour. Being part of his special project was like a calling to me.

The imagery for each of the illustrations appeared effortlessly in my imagination after reading each chapter. This is a timeless love story – where dreams do come true. This may be your story, too, if you dare to have faith, trust and believe, and dare to live your life being guided by love, following the path with a heart.
